This notice covers this website. It lists what the site collects, what Dream Awake Labs does with it, and how to have it deleted.

What you send us
When you send an inquiry, from the start page, the contact form, or through a browser agent, we store what you enter: your name, email, company, role, message, and project brief. With it we store a hashed form of your IP address, used to limit spam (the raw address is never stored), your browser’s user agent, and how you found the site (see Cookies).
The project conversation
On the start page, your messages are sent to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway so it can draft your brief. We do not store the conversation itself. We store the draft brief and the number of tokens used, which keeps the service within a daily cost limit. If you send the inquiry, a short summary of the conversation is saved with it.
How we use it
We use it only to reply to you and to work on your project. Your inquiry is saved in our database (Neon), emailed to us and to you as a confirmation (Resend), and added to our CRM (HubSpot). We do not sell it and do not share it with ad networks.
Cookies
The site sets three first-party cookies. None are shared with other sites.

If you decline in the banner, or later under “Cookie preferences” in the footer, we stop setting dal_attr and dal_anon and attach no campaign data to anything we store.
Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure page speed without cookies. We also record a few events, such as opening a demo or sending an inquiry, with the page path and the anonymous ID from dal_anon.
Keeping and deleting your data
Cookies expire as listed above. Inquiries and contact details stay in our database and CRM until you ask us to delete them.
To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@dreamawakelabs.com. We delete it from our database and CRM and confirm by email.
