# Put AI to work with your team.

> Hands-on AI workshops built around your team’s tasks and tools, with optional help turning what you learn into working software.

Hands-on sessions built around your team’s tasks, tools, and experience with AI.

## How the workshops work

Bring two or three real tasks. We work through them together using AI: drafting, reviewing the results, trying an automation, and deciding where a person needs to stay involved.

We plan the session with you beforehand, based on who will attend, what they work on, and which tools they already use.

## Formats

- **Working session on the team’s tasks**: Half a day or a day with the people who do the work. Each person leaves with one task they now do with AI and a note on how.
- **Build session**: Build a small automation together, decide which actions need approval, and learn what it takes to run and maintain it.
- **Leadership briefing**: A shorter session for owners and leads on what agents can and cannot do today, where approval belongs, and how to judge a proposal.

## Teaching teams and building learning products

The same practice informs the interactive learning products we design: characters and agents that teach by doing. A workshop is a way to find out what your team would want from one.

## Help with the next step

If the workshop identifies a useful automation, we can follow up with a workflow pilot to build it and test it against your current process.

## What you bring

- Who attends and what they work on
- The tools and models the team already has access to
- Two or three real tasks to try
- A room or a call, and half a day

## Tell us about the team

A few sentences is enough: who would attend, what they work on, and what you hope they take away. We reply by email.

Who it is for: A team lead who wants practical AI training around the work the team does every day.

The problem: Your team has access to AI tools but needs a shared approach to using them, checking the results, and deciding which tasks to automate.

What you get: A session scoped to the team’s own tasks and run on the team’s own material, with a written summary of what to try next and where an implementation would help.

What you bring:

- Who attends and what they work on
- The tools and models the team already has access to
- Two or three real tasks the team wants to try

What you learn: Which tasks the team can take on with AI now, which need an agent with approval steps, and what to build first.
